Update
So it's been a "good little bit" since my last post. Lo siento. I had a good spring break... got drunk, went to T-Town and watched the future NCAA champions play ... UCONN... i think? then i went to huntsville and came back and studied.
My new power supply for my computer doesn't fit my mobo so ima hafta upgrade everything so my copmuter will be out of commision for a little while longer.
Yesterday was bitter sweet. I probably made my lowest college test grade ever on my calculus test yesterday, but i made a 95 on my cell bio test. I have to make a 71 on the final in cell bio to get an A... piece of cake
Went to a party last night and hung out with friends. I talked to "Jay-Jay" about things with her... and things with me... its nice to be at an age or be interested in someone mature enough to have a conversation about liking/dating each other and have things not be wierd the next day. Things with "Jay-Jay" may not transpire for a while if ever, but nonetheless she is one very cool chick!
Today I've spent nearly $1000 and have more spending that needs to be done. I spent 67 dollars on half-off stuff at Alabama Outdoors. It was cool. I went and bought snorkel gear for the tropical ecology trip in May. $203 for a mask, snorkel, and flippers. The snorkel is awesome cause it has some kind of special draining mechanism where you don't have to clear it when you com eback up to the surface! very spiffy The mask feels like it is sucking out my sinus cavities, but it's supposed to have a good seal so i can go down deep and not get salt water in my eyes! And finally i spent 577 dollars on plane tickets for the trip. We have to get our own transportation to Ft. Lauderdale and my friend Melissa and I didn't want to have to drive. I bought the tickets on my card and she will come and do my laundry and clean my toilet in the apartment next year... haha not really... she will give me a check for $288. heres what i still need to get but have yet to purchase:
new mobo $100
new video card that fits mobo $300-400
digital camera $300 ish
finally taking money kept in savings and having fun spending it: Priceless!!!
